Because there are so many laws and regulations in the United States regarding cars and how they can be used and/or driven, we aren't generally blessed with crazy sights such as the ones found in Russia. Unfortunately for some of the folks in the video, the laws here in the states won't do them any good. I suppose people are stupid all over the world, and Jesus loves them too. Enjoy the video.
