2002 Nissan Xterra Se S/C: W&D Review.

The Nissan Xterra has been hailed as one of the best off-roaders to ever come from Japan. This model was the top-of-the-line version of the extremely capable series of trucks, and it came equipped with a small twin-screw supercharger pushing 210hp and 231ft lbs of torque. Everything about the Xterra was designed with one goal in mind; to make it one of the most useful, fun, and engaging vehicles out there, aimed towards a demographic not yet tainted by the monstrous American-made trucks of yesteryear.

For $5,950, this truck has fantastic value and looks great. The roof rack is so outdoors-minded, it has a built-in cubby for wetsuits! It looks like Nissan thinks they have some serious outdoor hobbyists that they can cater to, and if you take a drive up into the Santa Cruz mountains, you will see they were right. The Xterra has an almost cult-like following in that area because of the rugged good looks, the perfectly capable driveline, and the dependability of the 3.3L Supercharged V6. You can come down and check it out at 3035 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, 95051. Or, you can call us @ (408) 246-1000.
