Obviously not all Russian Police will just try and wave down speeders on the side of the road, but this is definitely not something you'd see here in the USA. Not only do they seemingly expect the drivers to slow down, but when they don't they just kinda give up and walk away. Had that been a rural street in Nor-Cal, there would be a full scale chase with helicopters and road blocks. But not in Mother Russia. Check it out and enjoy!
