Practical VS. Powerful

YES, I know the two vehicles I've decided to compare are two completely different animals, and YES I know they are nothing alike aside from the fact that they each have four wheels, four tires, three pedals, and a steering wheel. But the point of this comparison is not to compare the performance aspect of each car, but the practicality side. You, the reader, are the one that will ultimately decide what car you buy and the reasons behind your purchase are known only to you. This being said, would you choose A) the 2012 Subaru WRX STI, or B) the 2012 Chevrolet Corvette. Both cars are extremely fun to drive for very different reasons and many people would instantly choose the Corvette simply because it's a Corvette. But there are rules to this game. You must think of the car you pick as your daily driver, either car will be hypothetically gifted to you, and you aren't allowed to pick the Corvette just so you can sell it to buy the Subaru and hold onto the extra cash. Here are some key points to remember when choosing one as a daily driver. The Subaru is a four door sedan and has a 305 HP inline-4 cylinder turbocharged engine, while the Corvette has a 430 HP V8 with only two doors. The lack of doors and trunk space in the Corvette make it an instant no-no for mom's who need to haul around kids and groceries. So I suppose this really isn't much a competition to see which one is more practical, but more to see how much you would be willing to sacrifice to drive the American icon that is the Corvette.
