What we have here is MBZ's response to the BMW 750il. This, is the Mercedes-Benz S550. It come equipped with a 5.5L V-8 that produces just over 380 horsepower at 6000 rpm, and 390 ft/lb of torque whenever you put your foot down. Seriously, this things torque band starts around 2800 revs. That's the beauty of having a monstrous 8 cylinder engine under your hood. What struck me about this particular Benz, (they are not usually a car that I gush about) is that it is truly one of the nicest, most comfortable cars on the road. It has not only heated seats, but they are air conditioned as well. They literally suck air through the tiny holes in the fine leather under your tush, making it much less warm and much more pleasant. I know it sounds stupid and unnecessary, but until you try it, you can't judge me. The little nick-knacks like the digital speedometer, and the nifty control knob for the rest of the car really bring it all together.

Yes, A/C on your rear end. |
Like I said earlier, MBZ is not generally a car I'd write home to mom about, but this one has enough power to be fun, enough amenities to make it comfortable, and it definitely looks a heck of a lot better than most of the drab, dull Benz's that you see driving around San Jose area. No offense to anyone driving said boring MBZ's. Please enjoy!

Overall, this car deserves some serious recognition for being one of the baddest saloon cars on the market. I mean, how can you argue with an $86K price tag when new? And even after all this automotive goodness, this one comes equipped with the AMG performance package; making it not only more powerful, but it has a far more aggressive stance as well. The wide stance of the rear end paired with the tail-lights and spoiler makes the whole thing look absolutely fantastic. They are tastefully done body mods with enough class to make it through Santana Row without getting weird stares. If you want to come check this bad boy out, feel free to come down and drool! You could even buy it if you want for the princely sum of $36,995. Don't forget to "like" and share on Facebook!
